What Is Fugitive Dust?
A fugitive dust event at CEMEX refers to the unintended release of particulate matter or dust into the air from the facility's operations. Submitting Fugitive Dust Complaints
Email Subject: Fugitive Dust Event at CEMEX Lyons on “X Date”
Content To Include:
- Photos and Videos (as many as possible) 
- Date and Time of Event 
- Specific Location Photos and Videos Were Taken From 
- Approximate Wind Speed and Direction 
- Identification of Where Dust Originated From (if possible) 
- Direction That Dust Was Blowing 
- Note if Dust Was Blowing Off Property
